Stepper EP is a new Deep House record by Ascension. It will be released on Deepwit Records (DK) on Valentines Day 2025 - 14th of February. The title track got its' start as a LIVE Jam and was originally a 30minutes track that was edited down to 6 minutes.
It is the 2nd release for Ascension on the Danish Deep House imprint after having been featured on the Autumn Air (Vol12) Deep House compilation with the track Cadance.
In collaboration with the label Deepwit Records (DK) and Dutch Dance Music Academy (DDMA) a remix competition was set up. The 3 winners appear next to Ascension on the Kronkels EP with their personal remix of the title track. The artists are:

The name 'Kronkels' means 'twists' in Dutch and it refers to the endless ways our brain comes up with ways to justify programmed believe systems, especially believe systems that don't make sense.
